Here are a FEW things to help you. Sleep on your side with your knees bent or on your back with a pillow under your knees. While sitting; keep your chest up, back against the chair and BOTH feet on the floor. When driving; have your seat forward, knees at hip level and for long trips, take frequent breaks.
