It is estimated that, 80% of the population has some type of back issue. Here is an exercise (from yoga), that can increase ones flexibility and range of motion. Start your day off by doing the "Cobra." Yoga is a wonderful way to improve your posture, help with balance, decrease pain, decrease blood pressure, increase circulation and so much more. So like Madonna says, "Strike a pose."
