When you exercise, it will increase or improve your; strength, stamina, flexibility, energy. It will can improve the condition of your heart, lungs and muscles. You will see a reductions of; heart disease, osteoporosis, and weight gain. Also, a reduction or prevent symptoms such as; hot flashes, joint pain, anxiety, irritability, depression, sleep distrurbances, insomnia as well as vaginal and bladder atrophy.
So for the baby boomers out there, this alone is a reason to get up and move! Happy Friday.
