There are various scales in which you can purchase to obtain your body fat percentage, and Bed, Bath and Body has some really good ones. The caliper that you can use in a gym are not the best as you can get different readings due to how There someone squeezes. Different trainers sqeeze more or less.
Without getting too wordy, you need to watch the type of fat you consume. Eat more raw nuts, salmon, olive oil instead of butter, candy bars (carbs/fats and way too much sugar), or processed foods.
Tip of the day:
Try to eat fish 3-4 times a week, chicken (not fried and no skin) 3 times a week and beef once a week.
I hope this help.
