Lordosis is what most refer to as swayback.
Scoliosis is what appears to have an "S" shape when looking at a person.
kyphosis is what an elderly person look like rounded over.
Most students train their back to have that rounded appearance from the bags and heavy backpacks they carry.
Most overweight individuals and dancers will train their spine to have that posterior tilt.
Most females that carry those beautiful, heavy purses on one side of their body day after day, train their spine another way.
Tip of the day: If you carry a heavy purse, or a heavy baby, switch up the side in which you carry it so not to have one shoulder higher than the other.
