On a flight the other day, a passenger wanted a Motts Cranapple Juice, I noticed the amount of sugar in the 12 ounce can and I was amazed. The 12 ounce can had 56 grams of sugar! 56!
Tip of the day:
Consume more comples carbohydrates than simple sugars. Your simple sugars are found in milk (which is lactose), fruit (fructose) and some fruit are much higher in sugar than others and simple table sugar (sucrose). Your complex carbohydrates are your vegetables (kale, collards, spinach, jicama, etc) grains, and legumes.
I hope this help.
