As a 14-time first place winner out of 14 bodybuilding competitions the leader and team at OPERATION SHAPE UP will help you from start to finish, making sure you do not peak too soon. Competitions can be costly; OPERATION SHAPE UP will guide you with obtaining sponsors, tanning, hair/nails, and even suit selection for your body type. If you are doing an “All Natural or NPC” competition, this team knows how to train you and teach you how to pose.
